1. What is Cashback?

Cashback is a form of a discount amount that we credit back into your wallet after a successful purchase. This amount is used to make an additional purchase on the website.

2. How will I receive my Cashback?

Cashback is credited in your wallet as soon as you make your purchase.

3. Where can I use my Cashback?

You can use your cashback on any MyMedicare associated transactions which are done with MyMedicare partners.

4. How can I use my Cashback?

You can use your cashback wallet amount to make a purchase of anything on the MyMedicare partners. Cashback discount amount from your wallet can be redeemed to a maximum of 50% of your order value or amount available in your cashback wallet, whichever is lower.
Also, the discount should not be more than 50% of the total bill value.

5. Do I get Cashback on orders where I have redeemed Cashback?

Of course, you will. Your cashback discount amount will be calculated on the final value of the order after the deduction of all discounts used. You must have a minimum order of INR 150 to avail the offers.

Basically, you will get:

• 20% cashback with a limit of INR 50 on orders above 150 and lower than or equal to 300.
• 20% cashback with a limit of INR 75 on orders above 300 and lower than or equal to 500.
• 20% cashback with a limit of INR 100 on orders of 500 and above.

A maximum of INR 250 per month cashback limit is there for every member.

6. Validity?

Your cashback is valid till 30 days from the day of your purchase.
Only active members are allowed to access the cashback facility.

7. Can I carry forward my wallet amount to next month?

Surely, you can. But this is only possible for active memberships and you have to make sure to keep you activate your membership within 7 days.

8. Can I get a refund of Cashback to my bank account?

Cashback is only a promotional discount amount and it cannot be refunded back to any bank account what so ever. It can only be used to make an additional purchase.
